WHAT I LEARNED AT THREE WEEKS OF GLORY - MAY 2010

The meeting was three (3) weeks and there were a total of forty-two (42) services. I spoke a total of thirty-nine (39) services, a.m. and
p.m., except for Sunday and that was p.m. only. Pastor Larry Westforth spoke on Sunday mornings. He was the host pastor for the
meeting. He and his church people were greatly pleased with the meeting and can't wait to do it again. He has already asked me to
do another three week meeting there, and I am praying about it. Randall Grier Ministries was financially blessed through this meeting.
It was a small church, number wise, but the pastor and people had great faith. Pastor Westforth knew how to believe God with me for
finances and the move of the Holy Ghost.
We are pioneering in this area of extended church meetings, in our spiritual camp. Kenneth E. (Dad) Hagin had extended meetings
and I attended many of those and was greatly blessed and received a special anointing during each meeting. Jesus Christ told Dad
Hagin that He was grieved with this generation because they would not take time to wait upon Him. Jesus went on to say that this
generation gives God a few minutes of their time and if He doesn’t move on their schedule they leave and He was grieved with that
also. Many in this generation are so caught up in their schedules that they seek the world system more than the Kingdom of Heaven.
We proved the myth or theory WRONG that the people won’t come. They got there early and were excited about the meeting, service
after service after service! They grumbled and complained because they wanted the meeting to continue! Once the people started
attending they kept coming to almost every service. I believe some preachers think people won’t attend, but when the Glory is there,
they don't want to leave, and can't wait to come back! People are starving spiritually to know the true God of the Bible and balanced
doctrine. A few snacks of the Word and Spirit are not enough to satisfy the spiritual hunger of the church. I believe that we preachers
baby the people too much. They actually want to grow up beyond where they are. That takes more time and effort and sometimes we
deprive them of that environment because of our own preconceived ideas and thoughts.
Extended meetings bring people out of websites, text messages, cell phones, face-book and twitter, games, carnal schedules and
the world system in general, into an environment that is conducive to spiritual growth.
The meeting was mainly for ministering to the Church and not an evangelistic outreach. I believe that extended meetings is one of the
greatest needs of the Body of Christ today. I did cast out devils and some rededicated their life to the Lord and were filled with the Holy
Ghost. Every Christian was ministered to in a supernatural way and drew closer to the Lord.
The size of the church does not matter. People will come who are hungry for God. The largest attendance the church ever had, in one
service, was during this meeting. Many local non-church members attended also and the church received a lot of exposure. Some
people drove 16 hours one-way to be there and some drove about two hours consistently, to be there. The church was blessed
greatly! Jesus Christ was very pleased!
Pastor Larry Westforth or myself did not plan the meetings. Jesus Christ told me to have the meetings and that He would teach the
people and me many things and He truly did! You have to be led by the Spirit of God in all that you do. (Psalms 127:1)
Jesus has a plan for every meeting He ordains. In this meeting He led us in the format of praise and worship for about ten to fifteen
minutes and then I would minister. Usually, I spoke about an hour and many times didn’t know a word I was going to say before I
stood in the pulpit. I prepared myself, not a message. The people would sit there amazed at the Words of Wisdom, Words of
Knowledge and prophecy that flowed through me as I yielded to the Holy Ghost. The anointing of God seemed to fall on all of us like
you would drop a blanket from heaven. The atmosphere was charged with the power of God! It took about seven services before it got
really thick. In that flow I could have continued speaking forever, it seemed, and I was able to expound the Word differently each
service. The Lord was pleased with our faith to wait upon Him.
The Holy Ghost had us praying, consistently, for every church, minister and the Body of Christ for the outpouring of the Spirit. We also
prayed over and over for the Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor and Teacher to take their place with the Gifts of the Holy Ghost. We
were led to pray this way.
The hunger and faith of those in attendance determined the level of anointing in each service. There was a very strong anointing and I
saw the Glory Cloud, at times, in the services. People that were prayed for received miracles. Very many people received while sitting
in the corporate anointing, during the service.
Extended meetings create an atmosphere for the Glory of the Lord and for the Gifts of the Spirit to operate. We were all so very
blessed, increased and taught from the revelations, illustrations, and impartations in each service. Many would greet me with tears of
joy after the services thanking me for doing the extended meeting, because they had received so much during that service.
I do not believe you can receive the full impact of the services without being physically there. We broadcast it live each evening on the
Internet. You can be blessed listening afar but you need to be there to get it all. The Holy Ghost fell (Acts 2) in the upper room. If you
wanted to receive the Holy Ghost at that time you had to be inside the upper room. Peter was preaching at Cornelius' house and the
Holy Ghost fell there. You had to be there for the Holy Ghost to fall on you. Yes, I believe the Power of God can come on people when
you pray for them at a distance. The corporate anointing creates a greater measure of the Glory though.
The Gifts of the Spirit were in constant operation from about the seventh or eighth service. The longer the meeting continued the
greater the manifestations of the Spirit.
We left surface Christianity behind and there was a deep move of the Spirit that penetrated the human spirit of all in attendance. This
causes the changes that took place in their lives to last, instead of just a temporary change that may last a day or week and then
return to their old lifestyle.
We moved into a Room in the Spirit that was opened unto us by the Lord Jesus Christ. I have been in and out of these places before
but this was continuous. (1Kings 19:16, 1Corinthians 16:9)
Satan sent demonic spirits through people that tried to hinder the flow of the anointing. I could sense them when they walked in the
church before they ever arrived in the auditorium. They always came in after I had begun speaking, to disrupt things even more. The
people attending didn’t realize what was going on. One fell in the floor screaming, at the top of their voice and I commanded them to
shut up in the name of Jesus Christ. They got quite instantly. I have had plenty of experience with these things while I was in prison. I
know how they operate and what to do about it. These meetings are not for those who lead them who don’t spend much time in
prayer. Demons will run over those who pray baby prayers and never fast, and oppress the entire meeting. There is much I know
about these things because I was forced to learn them. Remember, two of my church members, when I was a pastor, were stabbed
to death by demon possessed people, before I learned how the spiritual realm functioned. There is much I could say about these
things but wisdom dictates that I don’t. It could be misunderstood and taken out of context.
Overall these meetings were a great success and it will come to pass that extended meetings will be going on all over the Body of
Christ. The move of the Spirit will require it.
